This past week I have been playing catchup on a lot of other projects I have. For most of this week I have been concentrating on reading and research. This week Joshi installed Coolstate on the Csproject server and I am familiarizing myself with the different installed components, modules and mambots.

Since we will be working on our individual computers then uploading to the server I am in the process of reproducing the basics of the CoolstateLA site on my server.

Server is setup correctly and ready to upload web projects a long time ago--you should have talked to me. We, students, do not have permission to create database on our own. We need to request to Fernando. Fernando had already created database for us and I provided that information to everybody three weeks ago, please check back your email or ask me. -- MK

I worked on the News Budget page and achieve the goal which we wanted by AJAX coding. Now we can update the priority of the news by drop & drag instead of using multiple combos to change the priority. I will give the demo for the page today, you will see, its more professional and according to Jon requirements.

I am also done with the Feed Filter code and its running on my machine. As far as uploading to the server is concerned, theres is no directory structure which will help me in uploading the project. Server needs to be setup properly for uploading the web projects. Also, there is no database created in the server, which I was expecting. So, hopefully, I will try to setup the feed filter into the server in the coming two weeks.
