Prisoners Dilemma (Evolutionary Version)
Here I have used two kind of diagarams to check the result of the whole system for the four states (CC, CD, DC and DD) we have. The first diagram shows the mean of the total system for each state and the second diagram shows the variance of each.
So if the mutation probabilty is kept low enough for the system to find the optimized solution, after a while the mean diagrams should have very little fluctuations and their variances should become very low; meaning that the system has come to a conclusion.
