 I am trying to continue doing the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) in NetLogo, 
 however I did not get too far from last week.  Again, I am having a very hard time 
 getting the code to work.  I looked at other people who also did this probelm and 
 my approach is very similiar to theirs.
