The MSDN Academic Alliance is an annual membership program for university departments that teach and utilize technology, such as computer science, engineering, and information systems. The membership provides a complete, inexpensive solution to keep academic labs, faculty, and students on the leading edge of technology.

[edit] How To Obtain Software

To obtain any of the available titles, please go to the Computer Science department office at A-322 in the Engineering & Technology building. Bring blank media (i.e. CD's or DVD's) for the titles you wish to burn. The workstation in the department office contains the disc images for all of the readily available titles.

Some software titles (i.e. Windows XP and Office Suite products) require individual license keys. In order to obtain license keys, please leave your name and e-mail address with Tricia or Dr. Pamula. Your request will be forwarded to Microsoft, and they will contact you directly to issue you a valid license key.

Asterisked titles require a unique license key. Please see Dr. Raj Pamula in the department office for a key request.

All titles readily available for download are English only! If you have specific requests, please contact the CS department office with the request.
